Incredible base for staying right in the heart of Utrecht. Incredibly comfortable room, beautiful, with a good bathroom. Incredible and lovely location - close to the shop, the cathedral and the canal. Also, close to city attractions.

Everything was really good, yet we stayed for 2 nights only. The double room was comfortable, very comfy bed. The location was fantastic and lovely, down along the canal, convenient to go everywhere.

The hotel has an amazing and perfect location close to city attractions and the cathedral. I was surprised by the nearby Hop & Stork, they had some delicious goodies and drinks.

The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of Utrecht. The check-in process was smooth and the owner, John, was friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the heart of the city, with great beer bars, Michelin-rated restaurants, and boutique coffee houses nearby. the room was unique and had a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and thoughtful details. We loved sitting outside, watching the lively canal traffic and waving to passing boats. Plus, the host was friendly and stored our bags before check-in.

The stairs to the room from street level were steep and not suitable for those with mobility issues. the check-in process was not clear, causing some confusion.

lovely stay in utrecht, perfect base to explore. exceptional customer service from the hosts. facilities were excellent, including well-stocked bathroom and cooking facilities. hairdryer even had a diffuser! a great new place run by kind people, right by the canal. many food places nearby.
